S Agnew Ave and SW 13th Street

Does anyone have any insight into what is being built on the corner of S Agnew and SW 13th Street in the Stockyards? It is right next to Grain and Grange, and they have already poured a footer for the whole lot. They are also in the process of renovating the building on the north side of Grain and Grange as well.

That is where Toga Saddlery was until it burned down due to an open flame heater. Hopefully they are coming back. I miss the place.

It will be a 1-story brick retail building.

I believe National Saddlery will be the main tenant.
