Construction Going on behind the At Home store on I-40

Driving down I-40 this weekend and noticed very large equipment and massive amount of Land Clearing behind At Home looks like something large is being added is it a shopping center or a large retailer. I could not find any permits issued for the area. Does anyone have insight on this development.

Sorry I did a search couldn't find a similar thread looked on the development map link nothing there was nothing on the property. Went to the City permit search, No luck with out a physical address its impossible to find anything on this property.
