Construction equipment behind At Home

Construction equipment is being staged behind the At Home store at I 40 and MacArthur. Anyone know what, if anything is being planned there?

I drove behind at home and yep looks like something being built. It was further back from the service road though unless parking is being planned for later. I hope it's not another motel.
