New HQ being built at 81st Street and U.S. 75.

The 196,400-square-foot headquarters will have six stories and a separate 259,000-square-foot parking garage. Both will be completed in about 18 months.

The new, landscaped complex will hold Unit’s growing work force, which now numbers 365 in Tulsa.

“We are busting at the seams at our current office,” Pinkston said, noting that company currently is leasing space at 7130 S. Lewis Ave. “We’ll have room to grow here.”
