That would be Lake ArQuakeia wouldn't it?

Now we get to see if there are going to any aftershocks or if this was a foreshock.
Which is most likely more accurate? OGS or USGS?
Out in Surrey Hills, it felt like a wave going through the house. You could actually hear and feel the movement from one end of the house to the other. It seemed to last for quite a while. And after it stopped here, I could hear it moving away from us. Quite an experience. I remember feeling the 5.0 a few years ago, but it was more just a loud boom and overall shaking for a second or two. This was more a wave action. Two very different experiences.
They'll revise it later any way.
Imagine, during tomorrow's game, that right after KD slams down a thunderous dunk, a 5.5 quake unleashes.
The Pacers would probably just give up at that point.
Yukong,
It was a loud sound, I'm not sure it sounded like an explosion, a little different sound but very loud. My first thought was an explosion but in about a second it was obviously an earthquake. The difference between your experience and mine is distance. I live 9 miles Northwest of Jones and the epicenter was 4.5 miles Northwest of Jones.

We're at Twin Peaks watching Bedlam. It shook dust off of all the high wall decorations, neon signs and rattled all the bottles at the bar.
In North OKC/West Edmond, I heard the crack, followed by a rumble to the east, then felt the shaking. I have never experienced the stages of an earthquake like that before.
Definitely felt it here in SW OKC , but not nearly as strong as others. Based on the posts here, it sounds like the more you go west and north, the stronger it was.
Someone just tweeted that yes...OGS and USGS are measuring the magnitude differently, so that is why there will usually be a discrepancy.
Snow...ice...arctic temps...earthquakes...
Yawn. A typical fall day.
I just felt a mild "after shock".
