For those of you that may not have been to Penn Square in some time, J. Jill, an upscale women's clothing store catering to women ages 27-50 is now open at Penn Square. This is another great new addition to the retail market in Oklahoma City. The store is located next to Pottery Barn Kids and across from Pepperroni Grill on the lower level, west wing.
