How to improve Lake Arcadia

What do you think about Lake Arcadia? It seems to be really run down lately - dirty and trash everywhere - even dirty diapers on the shore I haven't been in awhile but what are your thoughts?

I haven't been out there in years. I know that it isn't a very safe place during the summer holidays...too many drownings.

Are they not keeping the camping areas clean? Are they not patrolling the picnic areas like they should? Is this the jurisdiction of Edmond Police, County Sheriff, or who?

It doesn't seem like the city of Edmond id keeping the trash picked up. And the clientale has gone down over the years. It's owned by the city of Edmond, so I'd guess it's the responsibility of the Edmond Police Dept. to patrol it.
