Some may think that wildfires just destroy acres of land..........it also destroys homes and very important items. This story is rather sad.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A local artist is devastated after a wildfire destroyed his studio and most of his paintings from the past 30 years.
John Duval says he rushed home on his lunch break Wednesday after someone warned him of the fire that had raced through two-thousand acres in southeast Oklahoma City.
Duval says he lost 50 paintings, thousands of dollars of art supplies, pottery, antiques and furniture.
Wildfires have charred more than 555,000 acres since November 1st.
