These are my own thoughts, not those I read somewhere.
I think most of us here are adults....Do you think that as people get older and set in their ways, they may be less likely to make the compromises that are needed to make a relationship last?......"I am me, take me as I am or move on"?
I think this hampers middle-aged people, 30-50.
But after 50 people think, "I'll accept him/her as long as she/he accepts me."...companionship is a need.
Would you agree that this could be one reason for the difficulties that middle-agers face in finding someone?....Is this why the chances are small that a middle-ager gets married?
