Thread: OKC Exposure due to Hornets invaluable

Default OKC Exposure due to Hornets invaluable

I searched the internet for articles related to the NO/OKC Hornets to guage public opinion and I can tell you Oklahoma City is getting positive copy in major newspapers NATIONWIDE. We are mostly supported for retaining the team because most realize that the Hornets in NO were not successful and that NO will likely not return the population and money to sustain them. Having said that the only caveat appears OKC desire/ability to consistently support the team.

    GO Hornets!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, dcsooner, and welcome! I read your initial post in the welcome area and intended to reply there, but didn't. Good intentions.... Anyway, welcome! I think you are gonna like this place.

To your remark, I quite agree. As you read through the posts in the Hornets forum here, as well as http://www.http://www.okchornetsbuzz.com/ and http://www.hornetscentral.com/ you will see the same as to both points, good press, and what happens down the line is at least in good measure in our hands as to how well we, the community, does its job.

So far, so good! The corporate sponsors and government elements have already done their job and the rest is up to the individual fans to show that WE are up to our part!
