Any idea what’s happening with the churches chicken on Penn in the village ?

They have been closed for a good 2 months, someone told me unpaid taxes but who knows.

I've heard the sewer line failed so completely that they replaced it from inside the building out to the city line. I know it looks to exit the north side of the building, run to the north edge of the property and turn east to a clean out by the base of the tall sign on the street. I'm guessing further interior remediation and city a county approvals are next in the journey to reopening.
