Pizza house

Anyone know anything about pizza house. They opened in place of the old schlotzkeys on Portland, just north of 192nd. They are only open 10-5 but one of the few places that will deliver to us on the far nw side. Appears to focus on lunch but seems like an odd area for that.

I wonder if it is part of the pizza house down on 23Rd & Penn area?

And one is open till 4 AM while the other closes at 5PM Not sure the reasoning behind a lunch only pizza place in this area
