Welcome Davido, you might find the topics on the Hill and downtown housing interesting.. I don't work downtown but I sell homes in the surrounding areas. There is a lot of discussion on the improvements on the area.. Bricktown and Downtown are hot topics for us - enjoy and feel free to post often!
