I can't nail down the correct address of the parcel to look through OKC's permit system, but the County Assessor says the land now belongs to Group 1 Realty. That's the real estate development arm of Group 1 Automotive, which owns the Bob Howard and Smicklas dealerships here. Based on all that - my guess is that they're probably building a car dealership there, but unsure of the name or flag at this point.

Good. Had me worried because the couple times I've had to take my Elantra in for anything I've taken her to Bob Howard on 240 and been very happy. If this had been a change to Bob Moore I'd have been disappointed. I won't set foot in Bob Moore.
