16th. It's gotten pretty run down at those intersections. My former home area.

16th and Portland is kinda trying in the midst of things. They are working on the NW corner but its slow and not looking great.

16th and Meridian is better kinda, someone is evening doing new builds west about an 1/8th of a mile. The ratty apartments are getting something done to them.

Its a far cry from when it used to be apparently quite nice in the 60s/70s
