They're closing SW29th Street, going west of MacArthur starting on August 2nd. I've tried finding out why, and for how long but am coming up short. Anyone have any ideas?

Most of SW 29th from Meridian to Morgan is like driving in the Baja.... Hopefully they are getting ready to start repairing all of it.Originally Posted by ChrisHayes

It's one of the 2017 GO Bond projects. They are widening SW 29th Street from MacArthur to Rockwell.

Resurfacing SW 29th Street from Mustang Road to Rockwell is also a 2017 GO Bond project, but it's current status is just "Future".
