Example, within a mile of that location, this was a 2 minute google search going N-E-S-W of the location. I left off the sit down medium level dining.

honestly, those places would have been in heritage park mark back in the day. So to me, this is just the reincarnation of retail in Midwest City, where it's town center focused and not mall based.

However, there are Quite a few McDonald's and Wendy's in that search, but can never be enough Chick Fil A, Whataburger!!!!, Freddy's, or steak/shake IMO. Surprised there's no Popeyes, Del Rancho, or Church's. Add Shake Shack, 5-Guys, and In-N-Out to that area and you're in heaven.

The new Del Rancho is 2 miles east of there at SE 29th and Douglas.
