    South OKC Old Braums at SW 119th and Western

    Looks like construction has started on this old pad site. A permit search says it will be H tea O, anyone familiar with this franchise??

    Not familiar with the chain. Looks like it is a "Starbucks" for sweet tea. According to their website, they have another Oklahoma location in Ardmore and a coming soon to The Village, OK....https://www.hteao.com

    They like to convert former fast food restaurants... The one in Ardmore is in the old Arby's which was a Billy Sim's for a short time..... I have not tried it.
