What is going in just to the south of the Country Inn & Suites on South Meridian?

That vacant lot was bought a couple of years ago by an LLC based in Dallas.

I assume this will be another hotel, but haven't found any permits.

There is a building there. Kind of looks like a small showroom. Sw26th an Meridian. First time i been that way and was like where did that building come from.

There is a traffic light there now on 26th and Meridian. What are they building back there? Another traffic light on Meridian? UGH
