Does anybody know what's going on on the Southeast corner of Northwest 23rd and Council they're working on something hopefully not another dispensary

The property (a former service station) was recently sold to new a new local investor.

I was told they are just bringing the property up to 'white box' standards but have yet to find a tenant.
