The Boulevard Quartette is the first upscale, urban micro-community in Edmond, OK. Located just a few blocks from the heart of historic downtown, the Quartette consists of four single-family, detached homes situated around a shared central courtyard.

The modern farmhouse aesthetic of the exteriors pays homage to the 1910 farmhouse that formerly occupied the site, and adds contemporary flair through features including stained cedar-lined terraces and simple, Scandinavian-inspired massing. Although the four homes share the same exterior styling and floor plans, the interior finishes are unique to each residence.
