We stopped going there awhile ago. This used to be our go-to, and then they changed locations and the third (?) generation of family members took over and the food quality went downhill and prices went up.

I agree with this 110%. Quality went waaaay down. The very last time we went, I ordered this pork chunk dish that was supposed to have been simmering all day in their whatever. Well, the pork was about as tough as beef jerky, as if they just browned the pork and had it in the sauce for a few minutes before serving. I had had it before and the pork was so juicy and fork-tender, etc. It was after having that dish twice served like that is when we decided to stop going.
