If I were betting, I'd say the owners were moving from their current residence (Garage Apartments on 13th) into these, so corporate would be my guess. But that's an assertion on my part.

Yes, there is one big apartment with a rooftop deck and my first thought was that it would be for someone affiliated with the company.

Yes.

I rented a gorgeous, completely redone 2bd 2ba place in SoSA with a private deck and stunning view for less than 2K.
