So does anyone know what is going on at the old Auto auction, Looks like some big Cranes and trailers are on the site with some piping on the west side of the lot?

It hasn't been sold.

The only thing I can find is a plumbing permit for construction of a "gas release".

This came from a private message to me from a New user that cant post messages yet.

The movement going on at reno and May is going to be the new HQ of Northwest companies. They are a local crane and heavy haul company currently located near SW 11th and macaurthur. They have outgrown their current space and utilizing the large existing shop. There are also plans in the works to build a new Office building fronting reno to house the growing office personnel. They have already begun moving major equipment over there as you saw.

There was a building permit application today for a modular building on this property on behalf of Northwest Crane.
