Northeast corner of 81 and I-40

They're clearing a large chunk of land on the northeast corner of I-40 and 81 in El Reno. Anyone know what they're going to be building there?

Good question. No answer.
The city finally cleared the old rundown motel that was west of that location. It's nice to see the old building gone! I know the spot you're talking about and you don't notice it from 81. You need to be on I-40 to take notice.
