Yet another project on Council

Along with the Amazon facility next to the river, they're several weeks into the Earth work at another big project on Council just south of the school, near the old/demolished tire plant. Anyone know what's going in there? I know Crossland Construction is the contractor.

It's for LKQ, a big distributor of auto parts.

$3.3 million, 265,000 SF facility.

"LKQ Online is North America's largest online provider of recycled original equipment (OE) auto parts for cars and light-duty trucks requiring collision or mechanical repair."

Looks like you can buy on-line then pick up (if desired) from a local facility.

There is another LKQ on 900 south MacArthur...A little south of I-40. Must be an expansion.
