Thread: Loaded Bowl

  1. Farmers Market Loaded Bowl

Has anyone been to the Loaded Bowl brick and mortar yet? If you haven't and want to try something new I highly recommend it. I have been there twice already. Yes, the menu is all vegan but I don't think you will miss the meat at all. They have some really good bbq, burgers, wraps, a kids menu, beer, and they also have deserts brought in from Mims and Holey Rollers. Mim's german chocolate cake is excellent! If you have a family member who is veg*n coming to visit, it would be a great place to take them as well so they know that OKC isn't all just meat meat meat and more meat. It is on the North side of Farmer's market 1211 SW 2nd street.

Tried this place out this past weekend. The food was great and very filling! You don't have to be a Vegan to enjoy this place! I got the Loaded Nachos and the Cashew Mac & Cheese. Will definitely go back!

side note - With the name "Loaded Bowl" for some reason i thought it was a bake potato place. :-)

I have had the Cashew Mac & Cheese and if I had not of known it was vegan I would have never guessed that it was.

I took my vegetarian brother here a week ago and loved it! I got the chorizo tacos and loved it! the 50/50 fries were good too. I loved the queso and guac, the chips rule! We both felt the mac n cheese tasted like beef stroganoff, which is not a bad thing. Neither of us were thrilled by the burger. Compared to many other veggie burgers we've had it was pretty meh.
