Old Route 66 Inn location

I drove by the old Route 66 Inn location near Meridian and I-40 today to notice some construction equipment there and what appeared to be work going. I know there was talk of a 10 story hotel going in there, but I hadn't heard anything about that lately. Any word on if anything is being built there?

The big one was going to be on the corner where Magnuson was, but Hilton canceled that project and put the property for sale. I believe the one you're noticing is going to be a Radisson of some sort. It was mentioned in another thread somewhere I think.
