I've been seeing an awful lot of construction going on in this building over the last few months and haven't been able to figure out what business is moving in. There is a "2724 West Britton LLC" that I can find on NAI Sullivan Group's website as they brokered the sale, but I've yet to find any other pertinent information.

If any of y'all know of any other details, I'd love to know what's going in as I work just down the street and have been clamoring for something different for lunch lately...hahahaha. You think they'd be able to really get away with calling a place that in real life? Spongebob is still being produced, so I'd imagine a real restaurant by that name has copyright infringement written all over it...?

I just found a recently filed LLC under that name at that address.

May end up calling the place something different, I suppose.
