What's going in at this intersection? The two auto scrap yards and the tarot reading place have all been demolished. Did a little research, and it's zoned commercial and owned by Aria Development, but I haven't been able to dig up anything else.

Rumor has it being a parking lot for the University employees working at the warehouse.
Would a university parking lot be owned/built by a commercial and residential development firm, though? My first thought was something University-related too, but I'm not so sure because of the ownership.
Looks like they fenced in an area and are bringing building materials in. I haven't found anything besides the demo permits online. Anyone else know if it is going to be something other than a parking lot as indicated above? Thanks!
Apartments / Condos
Are apartments usually zoned commercial? (Sorry if this is an obvious question, I'm kinda new to the whole development thing. Thanks!)
Wanted to bring this topic back up and see if anyone has heard of what retailers might be going in at this shopping center. South side looks to have a drive through from the plans:

Last I heard a couple of months ago no tenants were lined up yet they were just putting the buildings up as they have a bunch of land around the city. Wouldn't expect much however. Likely doctor / insurance offices, liquor stores, small restaurants, dry cleaners and the like.
