New Restaurant at NW 150th & Penn?

Yesterday while driving home from work, I noticed a new structure being built just west of the gas station at NW 150th & Penn. The address is 15040 N. Penn. According to research I did, it's a restaurant with a building permit given to Randy Nix of Fairview IV, LLC. Anyone know what it's going to be? Looks like it possibly has a drive-thru window.

I believe you mean south of the gas station on the SE corner of NW 150th & Penn.

It will be a Chicken Express.

Finally !! I have been waiting for a Chicken Express to open closer to me. So excited about this !!!
