New Entrepreneurial / Coworking Space

A few weeks ago, The 404 announced some tentative floor plans and architect concepts of a possible new space.

We want to announce that the new co-working community space / Techlahoma HQ space is coming to OKC! Lease was signed earlier this week. The space will be over in the West Main area near the 21 C Museum Hotel. We are tentatively expecting to have a soft launch in July with a public Grand Opening in August

The space is a about a 14,000 Sq. ft, two story building and we're planning the buildouts for the 1st floor. The 2nd floor is currently open, however we are openly inviting startup companies who want to call this "innovation hub" home, with several companies already interested as potential neighbors interested in the 2nd floor. The garage is being converted to an event space and the lot in front of the garage is going to be converted to an outdoor lounge. The space will be used to host technology and design usergroups, workshops and conferences, and entrepreneurial related activities and workshop. Tentative plans include monthly indie music shows.

More details to come in the next coming months. Lots of things need to happen before we can discuss the exact details of what that means, what it’s going to be called, the exact address of the location, ect. Stay tuned!

Lol. Actually, the space will have a new name. So far, those who have seen the new name and logo love it. We'll announce the new name for the space soon.
