BTW, that intersection is not in Edmond, it's in OKC city limits. Edmond city limits don't start on 164th until around Santa Fe, I believe. Only reason that area has "Edmond OK 73013" as part of the address is that it's served by the (pretty crappy) Post Office on 33rd/Kelly.

A good rule of thumb: If the street name is in the 100's or 200's, it's not in Edmond. (i.e. 164th)

Oh yeah, I just looked it up on the cities data site. It's still OKC by a good margin. Thanks for the info.
