Inner/Central OKC realtor recommendation

Need a recommendation for a personable realtor who knows the historic hoods in the central part of the city--Mesta, Heritage Hills, Uptown, Paseo, Crown Heights, etc. Someone who knows investment properties well and can manage rental properties would be great, too. Thanks, my people.
