A friend and I were going to the Thunder game on Friday night. We turn south, off 23rd, at Broadway, and there're all these folks in line, with law enforcement in place. I almost felt like doing the Russian thing, "get in a line if there is a line". Anybody know what was being offered, that would require lining up? Law enforcement?
