There's a new warehouse up at SE Grand inbetween I-35 and Eastern. Anybody know what that's going to be?

That big warehouse and the smaller one directly north are being built for Midwest Hose and Specialty. The addresses are 1609 SE Grand Blvd and 1611 SE Grand Blvd for the larger Phase I and smaller Phase II buildings, respectively. Phase I will be warehouse space, and Phase II will be a new manufacturing facility. It appears that the Phase I building also includes additional office space. The building permit also shows that the land immediately north of the Phase II building is reserved for future expansion.

Midwest Hose and Specialty also owns the parcel immediately north of their existing, older buildings fronting I-35. Although that parcel appears to have mostly been cleared, a cursory search does not immediately return any building permits, so plans for that parcel are currently unknown.

Thanks, baralheia. I actually knew you would know. I know how to find that stuff out in Cleveland County. Where do you go for the info on Oklahoma County?
