This is a pretty cool service that updates select areas multiple times a year. It's Ariel imagery like Google Maps and I believe they owned by Google.

It'll let you browse for a quick minute and then it'll want you to sign up. It's free and if you don't have a business email you can still sign up you just don't get all of the tools.
