I drive by Hefner and Kelly almost everyday. There is a ton on construction going on. The school on the south side of Hefner, east of Kelly is getting some new stuff added on. And whatever is right at the corner of Hefner and Kelly looks to be done. Looks like an indoor soccer facility or tennis or something. But just east of that, they are doing a TON of leveling or trees and weeds and flattening of the land. Absolutely looks like a new neighborhood or similar is going to go in. They have streets that are definitely being created as well. Kind of looks like Chisholm Creek about a year ago.
