Council & Reno

Does anyone know what is being built just north of Reno on Council? It's just south of the Subway and North of the Rib place.

That property is owned by the same group that owns the two little strip centers directly to the west.

I couldn't find a building permit but I suspect it's another little strip center, like the other two.
