    Default HWY 77 and Slaughterville Road?

    I know it's not Norman, but I couldn't think of a better forum for this. Does anyone know what's going on with HWY 77 at Slaughterville Road? They're doing a lot of dirtwork and it looks like they're widening the highway out, but only for a short section. I couldn't find anything online.

    Oh wow. That's what I figured, but why are they starting right in the middle? Seems strange. I'll take my questions to the other thread.
