New Restaurant on Main?

Some of you may have noticed over the past year a place on Main (downtown - across from Republic Bank) that currently has a sign for "Coneys". I don't recall what was originally in that building, but many months ago it had a sign referring to coneys, then suddenly changed to something like the "Explicit Bar". That sign was up for a few months, now it is back to "Coneys". It appears to be in some final stages of interior construction. Anyone know what this place is, and why the schizophrenic development path?

I am going to guess a hot dog joint and as for the last part, it's Norman.

Not sure but it looks nearly complete. I think it will be a coney's and bar type place. Nice looking building.
