Thanks for a great 2014!
Just a quick note to thank everyone for making this a pretty amazing year on OKCTalk.
Small quarrels and differences of opinions aside, I'm really proud of the community that has been built here. And after all, spirited discussion is an indicator of passion, and that's a good thing!
We continue to document, summarize, report and dissect virtually everything that happens around town and I truly believe that type of involvement goes a long way to a more informed and engaged city.
2014 was also the first year in quite a while that I didn't get to visit town in person. But I'll be there in April and have a long list of things and people I want to see, including any of you that turn up at a get-together I am already planning.
Can't wait to see what's in store for 2015 and beyond! Exciting times that just seem to keep getting better.
