Default Development on 36th Avenue NW

I searched but couldn't find anything regarding the development on the East side of 36th Avenue between Rock Creek and Tecumseh, just North of the Fowler Holding building. I think it is now being developed by Aria development. I believe this development started around 2008 with some rough dirt work but abruptly stopped, perhaps the economy tanking? Does anyone know what this going to be and who the tenants will be?

I believe it is just going to be a professional business park with office space for lease for doctors, lawyers, and the like. With the building work just beginning they probably don't have very many tenants lined up yet.

I want to say the name of the development is 36th North.

    36th North | Norman, OK

This diverse mixed-use master plan encompasses retail, office, dining, banking and housing. The vision includes a terraced approach that lowers the streetscape scale and integrates a gradual buildup to the multi-level housing in the center of the development. Tree-lined boulevards well distributed parking and an abundance of green space all contribute to the character of 36th North.
