Land Run on 12th [south of Lindsey]

Does anyone know about the Land Run "grill and wine bar" going in on the end of the apartment/business buildings on 12th St. just south of CVS on Lindsey ? I can find nothing on it, but I'm assuming there's a tie in to an OK winery [that's all a search returns on "Land Run" in OK hints at.]

I'm excited to have something going in those underused store fronts, but am a little confused on the concept of an East side wine bar, or even a grill + wine bar combo.

Far and away more roof tops in the se part of town than seven or eight years ago. Nicer places will be popping up now to attract those in the nicer homes in the area, and the newer apartment folks as well.
