When we lived out on our acreage east of Edmond, a large pipe line was ran through our addition, as part of a line running from Shawnee to Kansas. It is pretty wooded out there, so to clear the right of way, they brought out equipment just like this, and also a big monster with four big steel spiked wheels and a huge shredder on the front of it that would knock down trees, chew them up and spit them out like nothing. They cut a 50 feet wide swath all the way through the addition in one day. I couldn't believe it when I came home that afternoon and saw it.
That thing belongs in a mobster movie.
I think we've found a solution to the Eastern Red Cedar tree problem in the state.
