EDMOND — The Edmond Planning Commission this week approved the commercial site plan for Davis Pump to be located on the east side of Fretz Drive and north of 33rd Street. The vote was 5-0.
“They have a pretty spacious lot for this building on 5 acres of land, 31,578-square-foot building,” said Bob Schiermeyer, city planner. “They have parking for offices and warehouse and offices.”
Parking provides for 92 spaces, 47 office, 45 warehouse and 6 bicycle spaces on the 271,731-square-foot lot, he said. Bicycle parking is added.
The rust color building wall panels tilt up. Several overhead doors for truck docks on the sides of the building, Schiermeyer said.
No further action on this item is necessary by the Edmond City Council, said Barry Moore, commission chairman. - See more at:
