I could swear I posted this somewhere, but not sure lol....
They closed on this land about a year ago. And they paid a PREMIUM for it!
should that be northwest corner?
Good. I'll be glad to see this go away.
Went a little crazy with the "e's": Kelley Pointe yet the street name is Kelly and what is a Pointe??
Oddly enough, the same street is spelled "Kelley" in some places in OKC.
EDIT: look at google maps. It's Kelly in Edmond, but Kelley in OKC.
It's pretty simple. Less time spent commuting = more time with family. It's for an office park named Kelley point just north of there that has a few buildings. That sign has been there for at least 10-15 years and at the time only thing to bring people downtown besides work was just bricktown brewery, spaghetti warehouse, and Windy City pizza. Pretty sure the renaissance hotel isn't in that pic
I also believe there is a neighborhood in Edmond called "Belle Pointe." Must be the same deeveelopeer.
I digress..
Is a CNG refueling station denoted on the blueprint?
6/18/2014: Bulldozer delivered to site.
J2K2 LLC, (a holding company for other OnCue's) purchased the 1.9834 acres for $2,000,000 on 12/20/2012:

It also looks like an additional 0.7644 of hard corner set back land was also deeded to J2K2 LLC on 3/25/2013 which has no recorded price with it.

(It's possible that this parcel was included in the original $2 million price)
Guessing this is the next OnCue to be built since they just finished NW Expressway & 63rd.
A road was cut and more dirt moving equipment was delivered. Also the site was staked today.
