Fuel tank safety is a big concern and justifiably so. Shifting soil can cause small tears and ruptures. The EPA has strict rules on tank installation and safety. Looks like this make a nice little addition for that area.

It'd be closer to the street with less parking and more landscaping. Probably would have solar on the roof and perhaps a second story as well. Might even be better to push it entirely against the corner and put a little two story parking garage behind it.
