Between Petsmart and Hobby Lobby on Garth Brooks

The construction on Garth Brooks next to Petsmart seems to be going quickly. The sign says one of the stores is going to be a Hobby Lobby, but there is nothing on the store between Petsmart and Hobby Lobby. Any idea what it's going to be?

I was told it was the Big Lots relocating.
