Just Curious, what use to be where garden ridge is? It looks like it may have been something else in the past.

Garden Ridge built there in 1995.

Wow, look at all the nothingness between I40 and Reno west of MacArthur compared to what is there now along SW 3rd. 1990 doesn't seem like that long ago. Pete, did SW 3rd go all the way to Rockwell in 1990 like it does now?

I can answer that and the answer is definitely no. SW 3rd didn't exist at all in that area.
